Shane Donogh founded Northwestlongboarding.com with his wife Jenn. Shane’s family history of involvement in “extreme sports” has gotten him where he is today. His great grandfather was a pioneer in hydro plane racing, his grandfather and dad raced in downhill skiing while his mother was responsible for getting the family into dirt biking, which Shane raced when he was young. Shane got his first longboard for Christmas in high school and found himself in the emergency room hours later. That hasn’t stopped him from bombing hills, but he has since then become an advocate of safe riding practices. Shane is super personable and breathes longboarding.
